Why choose cork for your packaging
We choose cork to leverage its natural properties: it is naturally water-repellent, impermeable, and compressible. Cork is often used where there is a need to increase the coefficient of friction due to its porosity and roughness (for example, in a perfume cap that needs to stay securely attached to the collar) or when we want to seal and maintain the integrity of the product, as it acts as a natural gasket (for example, as an integrated lining in a face cream cap).
