End-to-End Testing: Ensuring Excellence

During the development of mBlack™, extensive chemical and physical tests were conducted to evaluate its resistance to solvents, cosmetic formulation simulants, and food simulants. The material also underwent stringent certifications and biodegradability assessments, as well as validation of its natural origins, in collaboration with independent third-party organizations. To ensure its readiness for industrial-scale production, we carried out meticulous testing of its behavior during molding and manufacturing processes. These tests verified its compatibility with existing production lines and optimized its processing parameters, guaranteeing reliable and scalable results.
